Using the service
You may use Piko to browse products, ask shopping questions, compare items, and manage shopping-related workflows.
You agree not to misuse the product, interfere with its operation, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
AI output
Assistant responses may be incomplete or incorrect. You should verify important product, policy, pricing, and checkout details before relying on them.
The service is meant to assist shopping decisions, not replace your judgment.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for access to your account and for activity that happens while you are signed in.
We may suspend or restrict access if the service is abused, used fraudulently, or used in ways that create security or legal risk.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve, or remove features at any time, including how the assistant stores or uses shopping context.
We may also update these terms and the privacy policy. If the version changes, you may be asked to review and accept the updated terms again.
Analytics and service providers
We may use service providers to support hosting, analytics, debugging, and operational reliability.
You may be given controls for optional analytics cookies and optional session replay. Those preferences affect data collection behavior, but they do not replace the required legal acceptance needed to use the authenticated product.
