Piko uses your account data, chats, and shopping activity to operate the assistant and improve continuity across sessions.
What we collect
We store the content you send to the assistant, the products you attach or view, store selections, and cart-related activity needed to keep the shopping experience continuous.
We may also store account information such as your user identifier and email address so your preferences and chat history stay associated with the right account.
We may store the contact and shipping form values you successfully save during checkout-related flows so we can prefill those forms across future sessions and devices.
If you submit feedback, we may store your rating, selected reason, optional comment, and limited product/conversation context so we can understand and improve the experience.
How we use data
We use this information to operate Piko, restore your conversations, personalize recommendations, and help you continue shopping across sessions and devices.
We use saved checkout autofill values to prefill contact and shipping forms so repeat checkout flows are faster and less repetitive.
We also use product analytics to understand how the shopping assistant is used and where flows are confusing or underperforming.
We use feedback submissions to triage product issues, improve recommendation quality, and decide which parts of the experience need attention.
If you opt in to session replay, we also use UI interaction recordings to diagnose confusing flows and product issues.
Product analytics and cookies
We use PostHog for product analytics. By default, product analytics may run in a cookieless mode that measures feature usage without setting analytics cookies.
You can optionally allow analytics cookies for richer continuity on this browser. Declining analytics cookies does not disable the core service and does not prevent required service data from being stored for product functionality.
Session replay
Session replay is optional. When enabled, it may capture clicks, scrolling, navigation state, and rendered screens to help us debug UX issues.
Sensitive fields should be masked, and replay should not be used to intentionally capture private chat content, addresses, or payment details beyond what is needed for technical troubleshooting.
Data sharing and retention
We may rely on infrastructure and analytics vendors to operate the product, including providers that help us understand product usage and diagnose problems, but we do not sell your personal information.
We retain data for as long as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve support or security issues.
